I worked for BPO/call center for almost 8 years. I worked for Directory Assistance for over a year that made me familiarize with US major cities and establishments. After that, I worked as a Customer Care Specialist for AT&T for a year and a half before I transferred to AT&T Uverse as Billing and Sales Specialist where we persuade customers to check out and purchase latest deals from our company after we address their concern. After that, I worked as a Pre Sales / Lead Generation Representative for Cisco Systems, I qualify leads and convince them for an appointment with our Sales people. Then I was transferred to Dell Technical Support where I take inbound calls, do outbound calls for follow ups and committed call backs and at the same time address cases via email. I did numbers of data entry tasks in the past and also have an experience as an audio transcriptionist.
