I have developed strong personality dealing with different types of customer every now and then through taking calls for different campaigns. I've worked on different tools, emails, reports and business reviews for my managers and clients. I am grateful because working in the BPO industry opens an avenue for me to excel and grow through various tasks which helped me become an effective support for my role.

I have undergone different training and sales workshop that gives me an in depth understanding that we not only focus on our company's product but also making sure that we always provide great customer experience. 

I also handled different tasks such as payrolls, excel files, transcription, web search and reports that improve my multi-tasking ability, editing and writing skills.
