I work in the bpo for 3 years and 6 months dealing with customers of different account I work with Microsoft as technical support. aside from that, I also work in billing accounts. I have skills in data entry since I work as DATA encoder for 12 months. we encode files in both m.s word and excel files. I also work in STATISTIC office as DATA encoder.
we convert and save files from the digital tool. also, I work in Retail banking as one of the telephone banking associates.
I do hope that these experience will help find a job and help me work as a freelancer.
