I’ve had 4 years experience as a Starbucks Coffee UK Ltd. Supervisor. I also had 6 months experience as an outbound call center agent for an Australian company. I have also been teaching as an English as a Second language Instructor for almost 7 years now. All of these said work experiences are related to customer service. My skill set includes writing daily reports, stocks inventory, running daily shifts, and most importantly handling customer queries. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. I am hardworking and dependable with a variety of skills and common sense.
