I have worked in a lot of different companies since. I worked in major fast-food chains in the country and then worked for an American Call Center for 3 years. I had a lot of experiences handling irate English-speaking customers. Currently I am working as an online ESL teacher for Chinese students of all ages as well as with Japanese middle-school students. I admit that I still have a lot to learn but I am more than willing to learn a skill if needed be.
