Have worked in the past for different US and Australian companies as customer service rep and technical support rep.

I am also an experienced business transcriptionist. My most recent job was handling client data information for US financial firms where we assisted clients in CRM management (Salesforce.com) including calendar appointment setting. Also, did admin tasks such as transcribe recordings, research, data entry, and generate reports.
