I'm a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Communication from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with flying colors (Cum Laude).

I have 7 years work experience in BPO industry; 3 years and 6 months as a Verification Researcher doing outbound calls, emails, fax, mails to obtain verification for our clients’ job applicants; 1 year and 2 months as a Customer Support Officer/ Underwriter in one of the biggest Australian Insurance company where I did processing of insurance and providing quotations for customers/clients; and 2 years and 2 months as an Email Support Representative/ Subject Matter Expert providing customer service to Uber drivers’ concerns and inquiries using Zendesk. But prior to my BPO years, I also worked in a government office as an Administrative Assistant for 1 year.
