I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for a year. My job was to assist clients regarding their delivery concerns. After that, I became an Instructional Specialist for 3 years. My job was to teach English to Chinese people. I am a highly committed, tenacious and resilient self-starter who is able to quickly understand clients' need and do my best to meet the requirements. I also ensure quality in everything I do. I am always open to challenges and I always push myself to be better.
