I also worked as a customer service specialist from Sprint and Convergys Company for 2 years with a tasked like answering projecting a professional company image through phone interaction and chatinteracction with new and existing customers. Main duties include answering customer enquiries,resolving their problems, up selling & making appointments for engineers.
