I have fifteen years of exposure in different industries to the field of HR, Administration & Learning and Development related many industries and practices especially with large scale of staff in factory environments and service industry, so I understand the challenges ahead if selected for this position. I also have eight years of management experience and six years of senior management experience, and outstanding organizational skills with the ability to supervise the staff and monitor operations successfully.
