I worked as a customer care representative, dealt with both sales service and technical support for two years. Trained for Tier 2 supervisor calls and and has received numerous executive resolution cases. I also worked as a data encoder for a year. Those skills I rendered from my experiences inspire me to pursue online career. I have worked as an online English as Second Language teacher for more than a year now.
I am looking for an organisation where I can continue to use my skills in customer service, technical support, chat support and my skills in English both writing and speaking.
