An architect and registered master plumber with more than 18 years’ experience in building and construction industry both local and abroad which includes:

Architecture-Interior Design – Plan, design and layouts for residential building, townhouse, apartment, mixed used buildings and retail-boutique stores. Develop detailed architectural and interior construction and design documents which include floor plan(s), exterior elevations, interior elevations, details, perspectives/3D graphic imaging, sections, a/c, power and lighting allocation, specifications and finishes.

Structural + Surveying – In depth understanding of civil/structural works, coordinates and develop complete structural construction drawings.

Plumbing - Plans, layouts and pipe sizing of DWV and Water Supply system.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; Sketch Up, Vray, Lumion and Microsoft Office. A self-directed worker and dedicated in providing top quality of work.
