Shakhnoza Abzhabarova is a Communication intern at UNDP in Tajikistan. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Mediterranean University of Northern Cyprus majoring in Banking and Finance. During her studies, she held internships in various fields. Shakhnoza was a Customer Service intern at AccessBank Tajikistan, where she has utilized her interpersonal and problem-solving skills to provide a product or service information, as well as dealing with customer complaint in a tactful manner. In addition, Shakhnoza was a Communication intern at AmCham in Tajikistan, where she had an opportunity to write and contribute to the release of AmCham newsletter. She has received many university awards, such as “Best Research Paper” and “Best Debater”. Shakhnoza is enthusiastic and eager to learn and contribute. In her spare time, she loves to draw and create animated videos.
