I am a Registered Psychometrician. I have been practicing my profession since 2005. I administer Psychological exams, scores and evaluates them. Also, I learned how to assess the tests of the person and do further evaluation before the Psychology bill in the Philippines was implemented, hence. I do behavioral interviews. I am also confident in giving a few advices to people I interview. I use my skills in selecting the right person on different purposes such as schooling, promotion and hiring. Writing a report, minutes of meeting, Board resolutions and other formal communications are also some of the administrative skills I acquired.
