I am an experience program manager with over 6 years’ hands on experience in design of Environmental/Natural resource Management Programs, Community Development, Design of Research projects, data collection and analysis, I possess strong leadership and Public speaking skills with an outgoing personality and excellent communication and people skills.
I also have three years experience in implementing USAID funded projects (HOPE-LVB) Health of People and Environment along the Lake Victoria Basin. Over the years, I have gained expertise in project coordinating, planning and implementation of the projects activities, community mobilization, community training, report writing, Team Building, staff supervision, coaching and mentoring, leadership, Financial Management, Strategic Planning, proposal writing and capacity building for community members, Partners, Community Based Organizations and implementing Education Interventions in the Programme Area.
