I have worked in an airline industry for 7 years and 11 months as a Reservation Ticket Officer for Ramar Services (General Sales Agent of Cebu Pacific Air). I handling both travelers for individual and group packages, direct communications with clients - giving information about destinations, making reservations and confirming booking, tickets / inbound calls / outbound calls and emails.
