I have been involved with the management / procurement / design and development / contract administration of infrastructure projects in various capacities for nearly a decade. This involvement entails the management of the construction process from project inception, tender, construction, commissioning & handover to the end user. My work experience involves working on both the client and contractor sides including a wide range of projects in the education, health, aviation, mining, residential & commercial sectors especially in the building construction Industry in both private and public sectors. My project portfolios include Residential Buildings; Health centres, Airport terminal buildings & associated works, students & staff accommodations, admin & office facilities. My scope of work experience includes construction supervision & inspection, master planning, budget control, cash flow projection, progress reporting, manage planning, design and tender process.
