I was a working scholar assigned at Legal Department in the University of Cebu - Main Campus. I'm handling calls and doing legal matters. After I graduated, I work in the said University as Office staff in Registrars office. Those experiences I acquired made it necessary for me to focus on providing quality customer service and enhanced my clerical skills. After a year, I decided to proceed with my field of Accounting. I work as Treasury Staff in CEED Marketing Corporation. I handled collections from the salesmen ( Luzon Visayas and Mindanao), reconciliation and other accounting matters. It helps me to enhance my skills like keen into details, problem-solving, time management, work under pressure, handling customers and building relationships. Then, I decided to change my career path and work as a Customer Service Representative that help me boost my confidence in talking and mingle with different types of personality. It has prepared me to take the next step.
