I'm working as data analyst at icddr,b, a non-profit health research organization based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. My main responsibilities is to design of the study, data analysis and report writing.I have more than 4 years of experience in the public health area. I have analyze data of observational and experimental studies through cutting age bio-statistics algorithm including linear mixed effect model, generalized estimating equation for the time varying observations . I have experience of handing complex data set like brain image data, genetics data and clinical data. I have applied different machine learning and data mining algorithm for extracting potential features for the multivariable data-set. For analyzing genomics data, I apply bioinformatics algorithm as required.
