My expertise lies in Customer Service, taking care of the customers the client have.

I work as a freelancer at the moment but the previous role I handled was an Email Returns Analyst and Support and Social Media Moderator for an eCommerce company. I managed customer complaints and ensure replacement items and refunds are being delivered accordingly and in a timely manner, at times I would also help in ensuring the fulfillment of pending orders and ensure it's delivery.

I am the type of person who will provide you with detailed daily reports even if you don't ask for it. I am also the type of person who always strives to become better every day. Punctuality on attendance and deadlines is one you can expect from me.

Being in the industry for quite a while now helped me relate to my clients. I am capable of finding loopholes and errors and propose a solution to it. I deliver my works to the best of I can provide.
