At present, I am working as an Online Customer Support Agent in an online shop called Freedom Travel Gear. We offer customer support via emails and we also manage the Facebook page (messenger, comments etc.)

My work experience also includes working on a Business Process Outsource for almost a decade. This industry gave me the ability/skill to offer the best customer experience, it also taught me how multi-task while being keen on details and work independently at the same time.
