I've worked in a BPO industry, and worked with Amazon as a customer rep, and with Dish Network as Technical support, and lastly with AT&T as a billing specialist that handles customers bills connected with internet, wireless,uverse, homephone, and Directv service.working with those companies taught me on how to be more efficient,to think out of the box resolutions, and to handle complex issues.and I always make sure that I'm providing above and beyond service on what i'm doing.I've been a Sales Representative under AT&T. I know that i'll be able to deliver a great service to the clients based on the demands and needs.
