I am currently working as a Store Assistant at a Merchandising Store here in the Philippines. I was working in a outsourcing company of years as a technical support/ customer service representative. With the previous job, I learned to work with different culture since it was US-based company and I can easily adapt with the different culture. I was trained to do a technical Internet Service Provider Account , do inbound\outbound call , up sell and as well as doing Soft skills on English Accent. The Service I can offer somehow is I can do up selling, I can also teach English online, Email Support or as a Virtual Assistant. I may still needed training but my eagerness and motivation will let me push through.
