I graduated with the degree in Bachelor in Secondary Education major in English. I've spent years working in the BPO industry in some of the reputable companies in Cebu City. I worked as a customer service professional. I did voice support, chat, and email. I also had the opportunity to manage a startup outbound call center. I was involved in the hiring process, coaching and the evaluation of the agents. I currently work as a freelancer at home.
