I work at Zostel Rishikesh as a Manager and my role includes A to Z operations of the hostel , whether it be ensuring 100% in delivering the best customer experience, customer engagement, plan and organize activities, property maintenance, staff management, people management, handling and reviewing calls and ensuring better call quality and much more on top of it. Through this 2 years of experience, I have improved my people reading skills and learnt a lot about the backpacking world that I can share.
I also have 2 years of experience as a software engineer.
