I am working as a Senior Technical Support Engineer for OpenText Corporation for about a year now and my job is to help our clients to their concerns in regards to the trade flowing to the system that they're using. I also conduct some troubleshooting depending on the scenario. I coordinate with other internal departments of our client and provide a daily, weekly and quarterly reports to my team lead and project manager.

I am also a hobbyist photographer and I take pictures during the weekends or when every time there's a great scene/moments. I love taking pictures and I am thinking of putting up a business that something to do about photography. My field in photography is more on landscapes, still life and some streets but I focus more on landscapes (nature and architecture). I've been in this hobby for quite sometime now and still learning a lot of things in photography.
