I’ve worked for the past six years in BPO Industry as customer support agent, technical support agent and email support specialist on a telecommunication company overseas. In this industry we learn to how listen and work along with customers. Making sure that every call they made we provide satisfactory customer service. I definitely go extra miles for providing excellent customer support. Sometimes, we also need to “think out of the box” in order to provide what the customer is asking for to provide great customer service.
