I am familiar with a different kind of operating systems such as MAC OS, WINDOWS, ANDROIDS, AND IOS. I know how to troubleshoot webmails and email clients like outlook and mac mail. I am familiar with the cable modems brand name, their version like DOCSIS 3.0 to the latest DOCSIS 3.1, their type if it is a wireless gateway or stand-alone modem, the IP version they can modulate like ipv4 and ipv6 and the highest speed a modem can support.
I troubleshoot with the customer over the phone for cable tv, high-speed internet, and landline service issue. Can walk through the customer converting an email client like outlook or mac mail from pop3 to IMAP, as a customer service, my job is to give superb customer experience.
