I am a Nursing graduate. However, I worked as a customer service representative in the call center industry for almost 3 years under an American company, in which I learned on how to deal with customers, sell products and services, address their concerns, and guide them on how to use the service. My skills in data entry and communication were developed. Since I am also an enthusiast with the Japanese culture, I know how to speak and understand basic Japanese. I also learned Hiragana, Katakana, and some Kanji. Currently, I work as a full time nurse and a part time ESL teacher. During my free time, I enjoy surfing the internet and taking/posting pictures.
