I’m a licensed teacher and I also have a Hotel Restaurant Services Certificates but working as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years in a well known Business Process Outsourcing. I’m a bank representative handling the US-based financial account. I was promoted as a LED(Local Escalation Desk)and is currently taking escalation calls, transcribing calls and also doing admin works. Being 3 years in a BPO industry. I am also working as a freelancer where I learned a lot, and I am willing to apply it to a new job.
