Basically i am Town Planner and also have an expertise in making 3d modelling and have a good command over Autocad Architecture and on 3ds Max, I can make 3d exterior and interior views with the help of 3ds max and 3rd party plugins vray and solidrock.
WHY CREATING A 3D ELEVATION IS IMPORTANT WHILE BUILDING A HOUSE?
1. It reduces the reconstruction, correction and wastage cost to a great extend
2. Construction becomes faster - gives a better understanding of what is to be built. required corrections can be done before it is built.
3. Communicates and gives a clear picture of how exactly it looks before you build it.
