I have been working from home since May 2017 as a freelance transcriber. I've also worked as a Link Builder for a company doing SEO jobs. Back in the corporate world, I used to be a Customer Service Representative for over 6 years for a UK-based client and a Study Coach for an Australian training organization. I also worked as a Human Resources Clerk.

My skills include knowledge of system tools like RightNow, Siebel, Salesforce, Trello, Gmail Suite, Asana, and Trieste. I've also used communication tools like Skype, Zoom and Slack, and time-tracking systems like Clockify and Hubstaff.
