I did my master in Chemistry and working as Chief Chemist from January 2003 to till date in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics Quality Control and Production.
Job Description and Skills
Designing and planning to achieve target production in manufacturing unit and sections. Prepare SOPs, and BMR for manufacturing products.
Monitoring of all batch process in manufacturing unit.
Plane to achieve Monthly target of production.
To Solve all the problem related to batches of cream. Face wash, Liquid soap ,Hair dye, Liquid oxidizer etc
Formulation designing, Processing design for new products in bulk batches.
Research and Development (R&D) for launching of new product and existing products i.e Liquid detergent, Face wash, moisturizing and whitening cream. Hair Dye ,Liquid oxidizer, Talcum Powder, Vaseline ,Floor cleaner.Dish washes,Hand sesitizer etc
