I have 10 years of experience in BPO industry and my last job was working as a "Team Leader." I was able to reach and achieve my accomplishments due to my positive work ethics, commitment, being hardworking and efficient in providing good customer service to our customers. I learn fast and very curious and I can work with no or very minimal supervision.

As a "Team Leader", I have the skills in handling difficult situations, decisive and meeting deadlines in a timely manner and multi-tasking. I am fluent in English language and with this it will be easy for me to communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.
