While much of my experience has been with Palestinian women who are starting their entrepreneur life and providing the necessary support to lead them to a successful result, I understand the value of culture as venue for development and the role it can play in building the Palestinian State. My accumulative experience covers varied field including cultural heritage, social accountability, gender democracy and education, intercultural learning, sustainable development and public affairs relations.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all partners including donors, international NGOs and bodies involved in programs under the area of my responsibility. In addition, I helped, supported and motivated our team and co-workers to make sure that they realize outcomes with quality standards
