For the past 6 years I've been working with Call Centers as a Technical Support Representative. I am very capable in handling troubleshooting of various technological devices. I am also trained to give instructions to newbie users that may have difficulties in handling new Technology or Applications. I am fluent in English and Filipino and can converse and understand most accents from different parts of the world.
