I have had 2 years and 7 months experience in the call center industry. I am an expert with assisting customers all over US. I assist customers with booking, canceling and rescheduling their flight and hotel reservations, assist customer with placing orders and canceling their purchase online and most recently, I help customer with their inquiries, concerns and issues with their internet service as a technical support specialist. I can work with minimal supervision. I also have no problem working during midnight since I am used to graveyard shifts. I can work 8-12 hours a day and I can multitask. I am able to work under pressure, creative and innovative. I am fluent in oral and written English.
