I been working in an outsourcing industry for 5 yrs. I work as a graphics specialist for a year, my job was to edit images for journals, magazine and covers. Then I transferred to a call center company as a customer service representative. We cater technical concern, inquiry, after sales, and billing. Then there was a movement in the company, I was transferred to the application department. We handle application of clients, conduct outbound calls and reply to emails.
