1. Worked as Systems Administrator Engineer from August 2007 up to March 2012 at Nationlink Telecom company in Mogadishu Somalia
2. From April 16, 2012 up to September13, 2013 I moved to China for Business Purposes. During my trip I have gained a lot of experiences of how the global trade is done like making quotations, contacting the appropriate supplier and finishing the deal, and after sales support importing/exporting the goods by liaising with the shipping agents and global carriers to facilitate goods delivery.
3. From June 2014 up to August 2018 worked as Oracle DBA at International Bank of Somalia duties include: Install and maintain all databases as required. Work closely with system administrator to facilitate in trouble shooting issues and errors in the application. Plan and implement backup, recovery and DR server of the Oracle database. Implement database Health check scripts and review them. Monthly Database Restore operation to validate backup files.
