I have a total of 11 years working experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. I acquired strong communication skills in writing, reading and speaking English. I know how to identify customer's issues and provide them a great resolution. My sense of urgency is also my strong point. In addition, I am also very familiar in computer operations, both software and hardware. By this, I can fully utilized my skills in Customer Service role. During this Pandemic while we are staying at home, I have been utilizing my skills in video editing and blogging online.
