I am a Financial consultant, coach and advisor. I have worked in the Banking industry over eight years. I advise on mortgage, real estate investment, private equity, mutual funds and unit trusts.

On mortgage I carry extensive due diligence on property acquisition taking into consideration on the risks, yields and appreciation, costs of mortgage acquisition. I also do debt income analysis.
I do market analysis for the investment and thereafter recommend the best property type both to institutional and individual clients.
On private equity, mutual funds and unit trusts, I work closely with high net-worth investors through monitoring the market trends in the Financial markets and recommending on suitable avenues depending on their risk profiles.
And as a Financial coach, I have done extensive research on budgeting, goal setting, credit worthiness rebuilding, debt management, savings and asset development.
