I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company for 1 year and 9 months. I handled Leased Postage machine and worked specifically on client's cash on an account as well as debit. I answered client's inquiries and complaints. I am a hard worker, disciplined and work well with colleagues. I always make sure that given tasks are finished within a stipulated time. My reason for leaving my previous job is that I am looking for better opportunities to enhance my skill set.My skills includes data entry, Customer Service, Virtual Assistant and Admin tasks.
