Dr. Rahat Sikdar is an experienced organizational development and management expert with more than 18 years of national and international experiences from multinational conglomerates, government and donor agencies like UNDP, World Bank, EU, ILO, IFC, USAID, CARE and other corporate houses.
He has strong knowledge of organisational theories and practices with particular application of these for developing strategies for organisations working in poverty reduction through increasing competitiveness of small enterprises, improving productivity in individual and institutional capacity level.
Dr Sikdar is Microsoft Certified Professional and has proven hands on experience in developing and managing various computer based ERP system including HR Management Information System.
As part of the organisational development and capacity development exercises, he has carried out institutional assessment, organisational mapping, and HR surveys.
