I worked with the Philippines government for almost 30 years starting as a Research Assistant at UP College Baguio City from 1990-1991; and became a Community Organizer with the Department of Labor from 1992-1993; a Project Development Officer with the Department of Health in 1993-1994; and from an Assistant HR/Acting HR with the Department of Transportation from January 1995 to present. In all my work experience, teaching has been innate with my job. Teaching parents/clients from the grassroots community to speaking with professionals are a regular functions. Secondary to teaching is administrative functions which include preparing memorandum and orders for employees (signed by the Head of Agency), preparing payroll, updating leaves and maintaining employees profiles.
