Professional Experience
I specialized in Customer Service, Order Processing, Data entry, Lead Generation, Research and Virtual Assistant Jobs. I have been a freelancer for 5 years and been to BPO industry for over 2 years. I helped my previous clients in their businesses from admin task to logistics and many more. In return, they pay me more. But aside from the payment I thank them for the opportunity and the challenges I have experienced. I learned from the basic MS word to WordPress, Email sending and Zendesk (chat support) and many other tools and Apps that I have tried. I might not be the best but I always make sure I can be an asset to any client.
