自己紹介

I worked as a call center agent in the Philippines for U.S Teleco account. There, I was able to manage and polish my english communication skills. I learned how to lead a person who's having a trouble with his devices and other technical stuff. I am proud to say that I am knowledgeable with computers. I type fast and can do multitasking. When I was still a call center agent, I learned how to deal with other people most especially Americans who are very diverse people. From there, I was able to manage my emotions which is very important in customer service related job. Since I am working full time in an American company and I am living in the Philippines, time difference matters that's why I became flexible and able to manage my time. With all of my skills and knowledge that I have, I believe I am competent and fit with this job.
