Title: Customer Service Representative.
Duties:
- Understand the requirement of enquiry and respond to phone, email and chat.
- Answer the incoming calls and emails perform from customers and drivers
- Handling inbound calls and queries as the first step of customer service for Vietnamese customers.
- Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office, MS Access and be able to be proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.
- Provide immediate problem solutions.
- Develop and maintain the relationship of customers and services.
- Maintain and update all the administration.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by immediate supervisor or manager.
