I worked before as a customer service representative for 6 months way back 2019 up until Feb of this year in one of the well known BPO company in PH taking calls from clients and customer answering their questions, findings options and solutions to their problem and explaining their bill for them. Aside from that I also worked as an accounting staff and a gold appraiser in a finance company in the Philippines for 3 years and 8 months. I do test the golds value based on their karats. Also, at the end of the day I balances the transactions and the cash on hand of the branch if it is intact. I have also been assigned as a vault custodian and cash teller for six months.
In my on-the-job training, I was assigned in the purchasing department at the builders company. I was thought to make purchase order and ask for quotations from our suppliers.
