Professional Experience
I write, edit, proofread, and teach English at all levels. I currently proofread/edit educational materials. My main previous proofreading work has been in medical research, and teaching/editing practice essays for students studying for eiken. The former has honed my eye for detail, the latter enhanced my ability to explain the underlying grammar and vocabulary to justify my edits. I am currently editing a club magazine (AFWJ Journal) and up until June was a sub-editor for AJET Connect magazine, which I also occasionally write for.
