Welcome and thank you for viewing my profile! Client's satisfaction is my main priority. I'm a detail-oriented person who strives for perfection as this is the key to success. I'm efficient, can work independently and can easily learn new things. I like to handle challenging tasks that could benefit both myself and my employer. I'm always putting my full attention towards every work that I'm doing.
I have more than 7 years of experience in the call center industry. I have handled cable and internet account (both customer and technical support), travel account (that includes booking, cancellation and changing reservation), retail (includes searching for missing orders, replacement and cancellation) and telco account (customer service and escalation). I'm currently working as a Product Trainer in one of the major call center companies in the country.
